I did my part and they did theirs - Thanks Gavin, for helping with the process of finding a vehicle. The process was pleasant due to the customer service. I was even able to have my child with me and was not a headache. I was able to find a comfortable vehicle with my specifications. I am a Happy Cu...stomer. I am also glad that the Vehicle comes with a Warranty which makes the buying experience more at ease. Show more

Gavin was an amazing car salesman!! I spoke with him prior and he assured me that he could get me in the vehicle I wanted. He made the process very easy and has excellent customer service 10/10 recommend Gavin as your rep.

If you’re looking for great service from the phone calls to meeting in person, go see Gavin at Drive Smart. He was great to work with and doesn't pressure you into something you don’t want. I got the exact SUV I wanted. Appreciate you Gavin.

I never thought that I can be approved for a car. They was the nicest men I ever see. They did all they can to get the I dream of having and I love the car cause it was so small and cute. When they told me I was approved I was happy and excited. They an understandable men. They never stop until I g...ot the car I laird my eye on. Please if you look for car go in there they are an understandable men and they will work with you. They will do the best they can to get dream car. Show more

Sooooooo let me tell y’all to run, not walk, RUN to Drive Smart! I talked to the guy a couple days prior expressing my concerns thinking I wouldn’t be approved. Yeah, I doubted myself because we all know life be lifing‼️ He immediately told me to come on in almost guaranteeing me a car! Fast... forward the day of…I walked in immediately I was greeted by the entire team, very professional and eager to meet any expectations that I may have. Roland Kerson jumped right on it! Paperwork was a breeze, test drive was a breeze, signing was a breeze, and of course Roland had to get the boss approval “Mike Payton” which was also a breeze!…y’all within an hour I was in and out with my new car! So if you guys are in the market for a great vehicle, from a buy here pay here place, who has your back and are willing to give you another chance, with a warranty, looks nice, clean, smells nice, and rides even better…RUN ON OVER TO DRIVE SMART OFF GARNERS FERRY And don’t forget to tell them NATASHA BURTON sent you??
