I have to say, I'm VERY THANKFUL for Mike back at the start. He was Amazing and Wonderful with all help he can even with answering phones and still handling me. BLESSED. Thank you again Drive Smart. To know me or to have patience with me, to me you are great in my book. My salesman Roland was so passionate, Kind, understanding, Professional, and I could go on. I never thought that I can be approved for a car. They was the nicest men I ever see. They did all they can to get the I dream of having and I love the car cause it was so small and cute. When they told me I was approved I was happy and excited. They an understandable men. They never stop until I g...ot the car I laird my eye on. Sooooooo let me tell y’all to run, not walk, RUN to Drive Smart! I talked to the guy a couple days prior expressing my concerns thinking I wouldn’t be approved. Yeah, I doubted myself because we all know life be lifing‼️ He immediately told me to come on in almost guaranteeing me a car! Fast... forward the day of…I walked in immediately I was greeted by the entire team, very professional and eager to meet any expectations that I may have. Roland Kerson jumped right on it! Paperwork was a breeze, test drive was a breeze, signing was a breeze, and of course Roland had to get the boss approval “Mike Payton” which was also a breeze!…y’all within an hour I was in and out with my new car! So if you guys are in the market for a great vehicle, from a buy here pay here place, who has your back and are willing to give you another chance, with a warranty, looks nice, clean, smells nice, and rides even better…RUN ON OVER TO DRIVE SMART OFF GARNERS FERRY And don’t forget to tell them NATASHA BURTON sent you??
